Escrow Services of Tennessee, LLC, is a locally owned boutique real estate title, escrow, and closing company. We close real estate transactions and issue title insurance for residential and commercial transactions. Our core team has worked together since January 1, 2000. Our owners and team members live here, in Franklin, Nashville, and Thompson's Station. We know and love the area, its neighborhoods, and its people.

Buying, selling, and borrowing can be stressful. We want our customers and their realtors and lenders to feel comfortable and relaxed while they are with us, while still fully understanding everything about their transactions. A closing should be a happy time for everyone who has worked hard to get to the day, not scary or intimidating. So, we pride ourselves in providing excellent and efficient real estate closing services with professionalism, but without the stuffiness you might find in some title companies or law firms. No suits and ties, and no trying to impress you with big bookcases full of law books. There's nothing wrong with suits and ties, but that is just not us. We also always send you home with a gift of wine or proper Tennessee Whiskey to help you celebrate!

Our customers are in Nashville, Franklin, and all of Middle Tennessee primarily, but we can and do close deals everywhere in the state of Tennessee. We don’t mind coming to you for closing when you need us to.

Our attorney and co-owner, Aaron Fortner, separately and under W. Aaron Fortner, PLLC, offers certain real estate related legal services. This includes title opinion letters or title insurance services for banks and other lenders and real estate related document preparation. Aaron is a graduate of Vanderbilt Law School and the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
